Job Description: Coordinator Technology Process Excel

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, accuracy and timeliness throughout the daily processing of purchase orders and invoices.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The position is responsible for processing technology purchase orders and invoices

• Gathering and reporting on purchase order status

• Extending access for consultants

• Creating reports for overall technology budget

• Working with owners of the vendor relationships to resolve invoicing issues

• Interacting with internal and external customers responding to inquiries

• Other general administration functions as assigned

• Assist in various special projects

* Create and Maintain reporting on process control metrics


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• The ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS excel
• Team oriented person who can focus on the details.
• The ability to work effectively in a high growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.
• The ability to deal effectively with tight month end closing process.
• 3+ years experience in the creation of Purchase Orders and coding of invoices.
* Familiarity with google apps (g-mail, google drive apps, google calendar) a plus
