Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the global real estate portfolio for the company. Responsibilities include detailed business analysis on own vs. lease of property and the administration and coordination of real estate portfolio to maximize flexibility and product availability.

Conducts financial analysis of real estate transaction cost structures, including property acquisitions and disposals.

Oversees administration of real estate portfolio management tool and provides key reports which include completing lease abstracts and maintaining 100% correct real time data.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  •          Conduct all global real estate transactions.
  •          Set up Global Lease Administration Program.
  •          Set up and maintain Regional Work Order System.
  •          Provide management with critical lease cost data and reports.

Expected Areas of Competence

Must be able to work with external and internal management customers on a global basis.

Must be able to define business space plans and work with external partners to determine required space needs for any global location.
Able to understand and interpret financial information regarding property and lease management.
Ability to work with external and internal customers on a global basis.

 

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Math or Business
  • 5 or more years' experience in finance/business or Real Estate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25%
